at Maryland

Charles Way is named ACC Offensive Back of the Week
after finishing with 26 carries for 136 yards and 3 TDs.
vs. Navy
W, 38-0
QB Symmion Willis throws two long touchdown passes to
Patrick Jeffers (31 and 65 yards) and runs for another
score (48 yards) as the Hoos shut out Navy for the
second year in a row.
at Georgia Tech
W, 35-14
Linebackers Randy Neal and Jamie Sharper (12 tackles
apiece) lead a strong defensive effort as the Hoos lead
wire to wire.
vs. Duke
W, 35-0
The Hoos register their second shutout of the season,
evening their all-time record at 500 wins and 500 losses.
vs. Ohio

Bubba Lichtenberg's 3rd quarter touchdown denies the
Hoos their third shutout of the season. So there's your

The Hoos get a beatdown in their first game against the
#1 team in the country since facing Purdue in 1968.
vs. #12 UNC

Charles Way scores on a one-yard plunge with 1:18
remaining, leading the Hoos to victory over the 12th
ranked Tarheels and moving them into sole possession of
2nd place in the ACC.
