Program/Ticket
9/3/2011
William & Mary
W, 40-3
Great win, but the sting from the 2009 game still lingers.
9/10/2011
at Indiana
W, 34-31
Cam Johnson's incredible strip-sack with 1:13 remaining in the
game sets up Robert Randolph's 23-yard game-winning field goal
and gives Coach London his first road win.
9/17/2011
at UNC
L, 28-17
The Hoos rush for 170 yards against a UNC defense that ranks
third in the country against the run, but can't stop the Heels'
offense.

9/24/2011
vs. Southern Miss
L, 30-24
Freshman quarterback David Watford leads a late scoring drive to
get Virginia within 3, but Southern Miss hangs on to beat the Hoos
for the second straight time.
10/1/2011
vs. Idaho
W, 21-20
(OT)
Perry "Superman" Jones rushes for two first half touchdowns and
the Hoos manage to hang on for an incredibly fugly win.
10/15/2011
vs. #12 Georgia
Tech
W, 24-21
The Hoos roll up 407 yards against Al Groh's defense and hold
Georgia Tech to a season-low 296 yards of offense as the Hoos
shock the #12 Yellow Jackets, who were off to their best start
since 1966.  To which I say, "HOW'S IT FEEL, GEORGIA TECH?
HAHAHAHAHASUCKIT!!!"
10/22/2011
vs. NC State
L, 28-14
Thumbs Up:  1st half special teams play (48-yard kickoff return by
Khalek Shepherd and a blocked field goal by Chase Minnifield)
Thumbs Down:  The Michael Rocco - David Watford quarterback
rotation (11-35 for 125 yards, 2 TDs, 3 INTs)
10/27/2011
at Miami
W, 28-21
Michael Rocco plays mistake-free football and Perry Jones throws
for one touchdown and catches another as the Hoos win their first
ACC road game since October 2009.
11/5/2011
at Maryland
W, 31-13
Dear Maryland: Thank you for hiring Randy Edsall. That guy is
AWESOME. Sincerely, the rest of the ACC
11/12/2011
vs. Duke
W, 31-21
After the game, Duke kicker Will Smyderwine changed his name to
"Will Smyderwide."
11/19/2011
at #23 Florida State
W, 14-13
Shenanigans by the officiating crew force the Hoos to win this
game three different times.
11/26/2011
vs. #6 Virginia Tech
L, 38-0
That David Wilson fella is a beast.
12/31/2011
vs. Auburn
(Chik-fil-A Bowl)
L, 43-24
The game was a bit of downer, but our orange helmets f'ing ruled.
